Set Goals, Get Rewards --SERVPRO Way

At SERVPRO, we try to let our employees know we appreciate them daily. Last year, we created an initiative to reward our employees for going above and beyond in their daily work. As a service company, we pride ourselves on being the best for our customers. We believe the method to get out the door by 8:30 lets us get to our customers as soon as we can every day.
Our technicians are loaded for the day and out the door by 8:30 --if they keep this up for a month with no one going over they get a straight cash bonus. Our employees this month hit their goal for the second time.
We set goals, and we reward our team members when they hit those goals. The green team is on a roll. Go team!
